Account structure

IPONZ account structure

The account structure has 2 possible levels:

1. the organisation(administrator) level which contains your organisation details
2. the user(s) level which contains individuals who work for the organisation.

Each account has only one administrator and each account can have multiple users.

The first user created for an account has the status of Administrator and can modify user data at all levels.

The administrator’s email address will serve as the main email address for your organisation.

The administrator can:

• manage other users’ details;
• access all tasks, and discussions; and
• assign cases to individual users within your organisation.
