Trade mark practice guideline – Major Events Management

The practice guideline on whether absolute grounds exist for refusing registration of a trade mark have been updated to reflect the Major Events Management (Volvo Ocean race Auckland Stopover) Order 2012 which came into force on the 5 March 2012.
