Weekly Enhancements to IPONZ’s New Case Management System

Enhancements to IPONZ’s case management system for designs and trade marks effective today are as follows:

Enhancement to User Inbox, Tasks

A new column has been added to the tasks section of your inbox to indicate who the case contact for the case is.

This will make it easier for your organisation’s administrator to quickly identify which user is the case contact for a particular case.

Enhancement to My Subscriptions screen

A new criteria has been added to the My Subscription screen to allow you to watch any changes to the Trade Mark’s Nice classes.

My Subscriptions is a service where you can create your own subscriptions for watching any changes to an individual case or a collection of cases; or by any changes to classes; and specifications.

You can have up to 5 subscriptions at any time, and watch up to 5 classes or up to 1,000 cases per subscription.

An email notification will be sent to notify you of any changes and you will be able to view your subscriptions results via the My Notification screen.
