Enhancements to IPONZ’s case management system for designs and trade marks effective today are as follows:

Enhancement to My Case Portfolio screen

A new criteria has been added to My Case Portfolio search screen to allow you to search for your organisation's cases by the external user in charge (case contact).

My Case Portfolio is a service that you can use to search for cases that belong to your organisation. You can search by your case number; case type such as trade mark, design, assignment requests; your reference; a range of submission dates; and now you can search by your users - the case contact.

This will make it easier for you to keep track of your organisation’s cases.

If you find that your cases are with a different user, you will need to contact your organisation’s administrator who will be able to allocate cases from that user to you.
