Enhancement to IPONZ’s case management system for designs and trade marks effective today are as follows:

Change to proceeding case visibility

An enhancement has been made to make proceedings cases visible to the public.

You can now search for proceeding case numbers and will be able to view bibliographical data and any publicly available documents online.
