Designs online correspondence improvements

In response to client requests we have made the following changes to improve the designs online correspondence service:

• Simplified the correspondence descriptions to make it easier to select the appropriate nature of correspondence;
• Included form numbers as part of the correspondence descriptions, for example, ‘Application for Cancellation’ is now noted with its appropriate form number 21 or 32;
• Changed the correspondence description of ‘Response to Examination report’ to ‘Correspondence to Examiner’ so that it captures all correspondence to an examiner including a response to an examination report; and
• Introduced a new correspondence document option - the new option, ‘Correction of Certificate or Registry Request (DN 23)’ is now available online for corrections.
