Improved security for credit card transactions

The Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand has introduced a new credit card payment solution. The payment process is similar to the former process but now has the added benefits of increased security and improved itemised invoicing. All credit card transactions will be processed by our new payment solution provider Direct Payment Solutions Limited.

For added security you may provide your Credit Card Security Code (a three digit code stored on the reverse side of your credit card) to assist with verifying that the payment is from an authorised source.

Please note that the appearance of credit card payment screens has been improved to assist you with completing your transactions.
