IPONZ new case management system
21 October 2011
IPONZ is rolling out its new case management system for trade marks and designs in February 2012. The new system makes it easy for you to search, apply for, and maintain your firm’s IP and proceedings cases in a single place, through a simple user interface.
Further details on progress and new features will be communicated in due course.
Why are we replacing our system?
We are replacing our system because a number of our current backend systems are reaching the end of their service life, and need to be replaced.
We also need the new system to implement new requirements under the Trade Marks Amendment Act 2011 and prepare for the Patents Bill.
What is changing?
The way you do business with IPONZ is changing.
