New patent case management system - December 2012

4 October 2012

IPONZ is releasing patents into our online case management system in December 2012.

This will complete the staged release of IPONZ's online system, which began with the successful release of trade marks and designs earlier this year.

The case management system is an easy to use web-based user interface. It is a single place for you to search, apply for, correspond and manage all of your IP cases, including proceedings cases with IPONZ.

The system has been implemented in line with the Government’s stated goals for modern public services to reduce compliance costs and to help build a stronger and more competitive New Zealand economy.
