Reminder - Filing offices in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch now closed

In accordance with regulation 8(b) of the Trade Marks Regulations, section 5 of the Patents Act, section 7 of the Designs Act and section 28 of the Plant Variety Rights Act the Commissioner for Patents, Trade Marks, Designs and Plant Variety Rights hereby advises that from the 1st of March 2010, clients may no longer lodge their documents at the filing offices of the Ministry of Economic Development situated at:
 

• Level 18, ASB Centre, 135 Albert Street, Auckland
• Level 2, Bayleys Building, 678 Victoria Street, Hamilton

• 55 Wordsworth Street, Sydenham, Christchurch
   

Clients are advised that they may instead use the online facilities available at www.iponz.govt.nz/online-services or alternatively file documents directly with the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand at 205 Victoria Street, Wellington or PO Box 9241, Marion Square, Wellington 6141 or DX SX 11129, Wellington.
