Certified priority documents for international applications fee change

IPONZ will reinstate a $30 + GST fee for the preparation and transmission of priority documents to the International Bureau.

The fee will come into effect on 1 January 2012.

This change replaces the notification of Dec 1999.

Applicants can request IPONZ to prepare certified priority documents to accompany an international application using PCT EASY. The fee to be paid for each certified priority document can be added to the transmission fee.
