Trade mark and design certificates - free

IPONZ rolls out new system and there are immediate benefits for SMEs and business.

In accordance with Regulation 168 (2) of the Trade Mark Regulations 2003 and Regulation 5(2) of the Design Regulations 1953 the Commissioner for Patents, Trade Marks and Designs hereby advises that from 13 March 2012, the fee for certificates, certified copies, or extracts from the register will no longer be charged.
