Upcoming Companies Office register closure

The New Zealand Companies Office register will close at 5:00pm Thursday 24 June 2010 and reopen at 8:00am on Monday 28 June 2010.

This closure is required for the deployment of Enterprise, the new IT system for the New Zealand Companies Office that will enable their new services, branding, and navigation.

This is the minimum time required for implementing the new IT system. The closure should cause minimal disruption to businesses, as it occurs mostly over a weekend.

A reduced range of services will still be available from the Companies Office over this period – look out for more details in the coming days at the Companies Office What’s New.
