Weekly enhancements to IPONZ’s new case management system

Enhancements to IPONZ’s case management system for designs and trade marks effective 23 May are as follows:

Enhancement to the Excel Search Results report

Further enhancement has been made to the Excel Search Result report for both trade marks and designs to include the following extra information:

Trade marks	Designs

Picture of mark; Submission date; Client reference; Goods and services class(es); Nice Classification Schedule; Goods and services; Under proceedings; Agent details; Registration date; Publication date; and Priority date.	Picture of design; Submission date; Client reference; Locarno class; Under proceedings; Agent details; Registration date; Publication date; and Priority date.

More enhancements for the search results list are to be introduced over the next few months.

Please note: Microsoft Excel has a maximum of 32,000 characters for each field which may limit the goods and services information on the report.
