The December edition of the Journal is now available.

Changes to the patent journal information

With the release of the case management facility for patents, the Intellectual Property Office of NZ (IPONZ) is making changes to the patents journal.

From 21 December 2012, case specific patent information is completely online. The General Information section will remain a pdf document.

December Journal (1602) Supplementary Patent Information

The online Journal published on 21 December 2012 includes patents with events carried out in both IPONZ’s new case management facility and in the previous system between 16 November and 6 December 2012.

The online Journal is only able to show the complete advertisement details for actions enacted on or after the launch date of the new facility for patents on 10 December 2012. For other cases it will only be able to show the type of event, such as the acceptance of a complete specification.

Please refer to this supplementary document to Journal 1602 below which shows full details of advertisements of events that occurred in the previous IPONZ system between 16 November and 6 December 2012.
