Clause 4.1.3 Companies
An application may be made by an incorporated company or business. The full name of the company as stated on the certificate of incorporation is required. Where the company name does not include the correct international proprietary name, for example the term ‘Limited’ in New Zealand, the applicant details will be queried. Abbreviations of the type of company are acceptable.
