3. Mandatory acceptance requirements
Up one levelThe application must have been made in the prescribed manner.12 As well as containing the mandatory filing requirements under regulations 41 and 42 of the Regulations, the application must also contain all the mandatory acceptance requirements that are set out in regulation 44 of the Regulations. The Commissioner may also request any further information from an applicant that will assist in the examination of the application.13
The following information need not be supplied at the time of filing, but must be submitted before an application can be accepted.
