3.1 Clear specification
Up one levelIt is the responsibility of applicants or their agents to submit specifications that clearly set out the goods and/or services the applicants wish to cover in their applications.
If an examiner is unsure about the meaning of a particular item, the examiner should ask the applicant for either an explanation or an amendment to the specification.
