An applicant may apply to register more than one trade mark in a single application if the trade marks:

1. Resemble each other in their material particulars; and

2. Differ only in respect of -

  1. Statements of the goods or services for which the marks are used, or are proposed to be used; or
  2. Statements of number, price, quality or names of places; or
  3. Other matters of a non-distinctive character that do not substantially affect the identity of the trade mark; or
  4. Colour.
