3. Application for registration of a collective trade mark

An application to register a collective mark may be made in the same way as a standard trade mark application: on paper, or online.
An application may be made in one or more classes in a single application. Where the applicant files a multi-class application, the prescribed fee must be included for each class in which registration is sought.10
