3.2 Prescribed fees

The application fee must be paid with direct debit or credit card. When payment is made on-line by way of direct debiting or credit card, the on-line application will be considered to be accompanied by the prescribed fee as at the date the on-line application is made and the payment details are submitted and accepted. 10
The prescribed fee for filing an application for a certification mark registration in a single class is NZ$150.00 (plus GST). The fee for each additional class is NZ$150.00 (plus GST).
