4.2 Conditions

Regulation 148(f) is intended to require that if there are any conditions as to the use of the trade mark, such as whether the license is limited to certain goods and services or as to territory, they must be included in the application for registration of the licensee.27
An application for registration of a licensee will not be rendered invalid if conditions other than the above are not included in the application for registration.
