7. Intervention by owner

Up one level


Where an application has been made for cancellation or alteration of a licensee of a trade mark, the owner or the licensee may intervene in the proceedings.41

The Commissioner must as soon as practicable, send a copy of the notice of intervention to every other party to the proceeding.
