20. Request for alteration of owner's or licensee's name or address (Regulation 135)
Up one level
A request for alteration of owner’s or licensee’s name or address must contain the following information:
- The trade mark’s registration number;
- A representation or description of the trade mark;
- The owner’s or licensee’s name;
- If the owner or the licensee has an agent, the agent’s name;
- The new name or address to be entered on the register.
