24. Request for entry of memorandum on register (Regulation 137)
Up one level
A request under section 78(c) of the Act for the entry of a memorandum must contain the following information:
- The trade mark’s registration number;
- A representation or description of the trade mark;
- The owner’s name;
- If the owner has an agent, the agent’s name;
- The memorandum to be entered on the register.
