29. Application for alteration of a licensee (Regulation 150)
Up one level
An application for alteration of the registration of a licensee of a trade mark must contain the following information:
- The licensee’s name;
- If the licensee has an agent, the agent’s name;
- The trade mark for which the licensee is registered;
- The registration number of the trade mark;
- The goods and services for which the licence is to be cancelled;
- The goods and services for which the licence is to continue;
- Any proposed alteration of the licence;
- A statement that the owner has notified the licensee of the application.
