30. Application for cancellation of registration of a licensee (Regulation 152)
Up one level
An application for the cancellation of the registration of a licensee of a trade mark must contain the following information:
- The licensee’s name;
- If the licensee has an agent, the agent’s name;
- The trade mark for which the licensee is registered;
- The registration number of the trade mark;
- If the applicant is not the owner or the licensee, the grounds for cancellation.
