Continued Processing

You may apply for continued processing on abandoned application and at the same time upload a response to your compliance report for consideration. You have up to two months after the deadline for doing so has passes and you may do this only once per application.

To request for continues processing:

1. You will need to be logged on as a registered user of the website. Read more...
2. Select Maintain a Trade Mark from the left hand menu of your Inbox. The Request Trade Mark Change page will display.
3. Select Continued Processing. The Search Trade Mark Case screen displays.
4. Search for the trade mark that you wish to amend. Once you have identified the correct case check the radio button to select. Then click the Select button.
5. Enter your Client Reference and make the changes following the onscreen help.
6. Select the Add button in the Documentary Evidence section to upload your compliance report response. Please note this response must include a response in relation to all the substantive objections set out in the previous compliance report(s) issued by the Office.
7. Select Submit to complete your request.
