IPONZ Masterclass: Madrid Protocol update and working group proposals

IPONZ invites IP professionals and agents to attend a detailed discussion of current and future Madrid Protocol issues related to international trade mark registration on 6 and 7 June 2018.

In this masterclass Principal Examiner Steffen Gazley and Examinations Lead Rebecca James from IPONZ will discuss:

  • IPONZ updates on current issues with Madrid applications and tips
  • Upcoming developments in the Madrid system, including divisions and mergers
  • Proposals before the Working Group meeting, at which IPONZ will represent New Zealand 

There will be time to ask questions and provide your view on the proposals.
