IPONZ will perform a number of critical maintenance updates to our servers between 5:00pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and Thursday 2 January 2020.
The IPONZ online case management facility and online services will not be available during this time.
These changes will involve a succession of server, database and software upgrades, and intends to ensure that IPONZ's technical capabilities are in line with current and future requirements.
IPONZ’s offices will accordingly be closed from 5:00pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019, and will reopen at 9:00am on Friday 3 January 2020.
Should you require an exceptional transaction to be completed within this period of time, you may send your request via email to email@example.com.
- Any requests submitted in this manner will be actioned as soon as possible on or after 3 January 2020.
- Any applications or documents submitted on a day when IPONZ’s offices are closed will receive the date of the next open day as their official filing date regardless of the actual date of submission.
