Impacted services: RealMe login outage

The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) are upgrading their RealMe services from 9pm on Friday 9 April to 9pm Sunday 11 April 2021.

During this planned outage, you may experience issues when logging in to our case management system. Services that do not require a RealMe login, such as our API services, Trade Mark Check tool, and IP renewal services, will remain available.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

From Sunday 11 April, you will no longer be able to access RealMe through an Internet Explorer browser. Please use, or download a new internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
