This upgrade will improve accessibility, streamline services, and make sure the system continues to meet the needs of our users.
The rollout will happen in stages over the next 3 years, with the first release for Designs planned for early 2026. Before the release date, we might get in touch to ask you to check or update your account. This will help everything run smoothly when the new system begins.
