New Zealand candidates sought for Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board

A new vacancy has opened for New Zealand representatives of the patent attorney profession on Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board.

The Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board will have a vacant position from late February 2023 for a New Zealand representative of the patent attorney profession.

The Board administers the regulatory and disciplinary regimes for Australian and New Zealand patent attorneys and Australian trade marks attorneys.

The Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Hon Dr David Clark, is seeking expressions of interest from persons who wish to be considered to serve on the Board. The Minister is looking for New Zealanders with substantial experience and knowledge of providing patents-related advice and services, who also have standing within the New Zealand patent attorney profession.
