Update to Trade Mark practice guidelines

We have recently updated our Conflicting Goods and Services list, which identifies associated trade mark classes whose goods or services are similar or closely related.

IPONZ has updated the Conflicting Goods and Services List under its practice guidelines on identical or similar trade marks. The corresponding Conflicting Class Table under these guidelines remains unchanged.

The updated Conflicting Goods and Services List reflects changes to the international classification of goods and services (the Nice Classification), as well as relevant Court and Hearings Office decisions.
