IPONZ has recently updated its Annexure General practice guidelines, by removing information about trade mark specifications that is readily available elsewhere.

Previously, the Annexure General practice guidelines included information that is now available in online specification tools, such as our Trade Mark Specification Builder. All content that is readily available in online specification tools has been deleted, as it is no longer required.

We encourage the use of Trade Mark Specification Builder when compiling specifications of goods and services.
