WIPO update on their new COVID-19 International Policy Tracker, and more

The following updates may be of interest to New Zealand users of Intellectual Property (IP) services.

Covid-19 Policy Tracker

The WIPO COVID-19 IP Policy Tracker, provides information on measures adopted by international IP offices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The policy tracker provides information on extensions to deadlines, legislative and regulatory measures and changes to services and open hours.

WIPO PROOF launches for businesses

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has recently launched WIPO PROOF, an online service that provides tamper-proof evidence of the existence of any digital file, including data sets, in any format and at any point in time.

Streamlined portfolio management and payments with IP PORTAL

The WIPO IP Portal, brings together all of your applications for international IP protection, mediation, and your WIPO news and notifications under one login. The underlying business processes will stay the same, but with benefits such as streamlined payment processing for Hague transactions. PCT and Madrid transactions will be added soon.
